Diamond Vanitee Makeup does not offer refunds or exchanges. Diamond Vanitee Makeup is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or any other medical issues. Please read the ingredients in the description before purchasing.

All orders are shipped USPS with in 5-7 business days from purchase date. If a order was placed during a sale please allow 7-10 business days from purchase date. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure your name and shipping address is correct at time of purchase, once shipping label is created it can not be changed. Some orders have contain glass jars. If you receive a package with broken glass please contact us within 24 hours of delivery date and provide picture of broken glass in order to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for lost packages. Diamond Vanitee Makeup will not refund or replace any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. If your package is lost or damaged please contact USPS.
