All orders are shipped USPS with in 5-7 business days from purchase date. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure your name and shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages!! Diamond Vanitee Makeup will not refund or replace any lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is lost please contact USPS.
