Directions

1. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.
2. Before lighting, take a moment to center yourself and focus on the qualities you wish to strengthen, such as confidence, discipline, courage, or resilience.
3. Speak your goals aloud or write them in a journal as an act of intention.
4. Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the top during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.
5. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
6. Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use.
