Instructions

• If showering, wash your body with your regular body soap first, rinse soap off. 
• Pour spiritual bath all over your body neck down.
• If taking a bath, pour spiritual bath into your bath water and soak for 10-15 minutes.

• Pray (Psalms 45, or 139), meditate, or set your intention while bathing.
• Allow the water to air dry on your body.
